Idling high after a battery disconnect is quite normal. You basically reset the ECU of its calibration memory. The car will run on 'default' until it re-learns the environment and dials itself in. I'm not sure if you've learned anything after your post. I certainly have learned the hard way for not buying those Nissan flywheel bolts.

I've done this before on my Altezza by accident. You likely will have blown the main fuse (the big one) inside the fuse box in the engine bay. That particular fuse is bolted to the fuse box so you will have to unscrew the box in order to take it out.
