ImageGreetings! Welcome to Tezzaworld website, unfortunately you are a few years late to the show as nearly everyone has been and gone, there is still lots of useful archived material to read through, not many active users unfortunately, but that’s the way it goes, hopefully you are not too disappointed...

ah that would be handy enough to make ....wouldnt be too time consuming either. would you want it annodised or would you spray it yourself?? i can draw it up in a day or 2, put a run time on it and let you know of a cost. them angles would be easy enough to get.

If you could mate, that would be awesome. Let me know how much work it will involve, and the cost

I just had a thought. How easy would it be to incorporate this sort of thing into the knuckle?

Image

It would save running an RCA spacer. So it would double up as a short steering knuckle and a 30mm spacer. I guess I dont have to say that the drawing provided is just for the right knuckle  the left one is just the mirror image.

ah no prob at all. i see where your coming from and what i can do is leave that standup on it. its easier to machine it off later rather than try add it on !! :) so will i change the drawing to have that standup ????? :)

Yea, thats my thought exactly. Its better to have it as once solid piece rather than the ball joint, knuckle and then the spacers  that would make for some pikey setup

It would be awesome if that can be added to the original design.

By the way, would the taper for the tie rod end be a problem?

rite did out a program last night ....well 5 programs, one for the first op and one for the second op on both sides. then have to programed a softjaw to hold them for the second op. so all in all i reckon i can purchase the material and manufacture these and supply at a cost of 100 euros or 85 pounds per set. so ill leave it with ye for thought :)
