Due to a change of plans I am am skipping on forced induction looking to swap my forged beams black top block for a standard block.
The only reason is that I now want to compete in a national touring car series where non stock forced induction is prohibited.
My block as available for a swap:
Precision bored out to 86.5mm
Honed to 0.1mm cylinder to wall clearance
Main Bearings - ACL Race Bearings
Thrust Bearings - ACL Race Bearings
Lower connection Rod Bearings - ACL Race Bearings
Eagle forged connecting rods (from 3S-GTE)
Wiseco 86.5mm forged pistons from 2JZ-GTE machined to fit oil squirters and larger 3S-GE valves and diff. valve angle.
Can also supply a 1.8mm Apexi metal cylinder head gasket.
Final comp. will be at approx. 9.6:1 (standard head gasket) or 8.4:1 (with the 1.8mm Apexi head gasket)
Build block totaled at about £1'400
Looking for a clean low mileage standard block (complete assembly - crankshaft, rods, pistons) as partial exchange.
Price £800 (+£140 for Apexi head gasket)
Price £1'100 (+£140 for Apexi head gasket)
Would also consider an aftermarket exhaust header (HKS, Toda or similar) as par ex.
I could also supply a used Greddy cast manifold, a freshly balanced Garrett GT2871RS turbocharger, new 850ccm Injectors and 3" pipe and silencers to build a full 3" exhaust with vband clamps (downpipe already tig welded).
