It will vary dependant on age and condition but the most important thing is that it is fairly consistant across all cylinders. If there is more than 10% difference in any of them then something is up.
For reference, mine got 158 - 160 - 160 - 165 when I did it last year or so. Some engines get more and mine was on about 155k miles then and pulling 190bhp on the rolling road (apparently that's pretty good based on all the ones he has had on the rolling road as Toyota bullshit the book figure!).
