struggling to put pics up

ive read how to put pics up but im still struggling with all this img and url which i dont understand. ive loaded my pic on the tinypic.com but i dont know what to do from there. it says copy and paste the link then submit? where do i copy and paste the link and where do i submit? if any1 can help it would be much appreciated and plz dont be sarcastic with me as im not a computer nerd and i might not understand first time round so try be bit specific

Its a common problem dude, so don't worry about it. you can email them to me and I can post them for you.
Copy the below IMG into your trend and post the link between the the [img] so their is one at each end.



Just click submit button at the bottom of the new post box.
