How about a free stuff section. A section were members help other members out.
If they have something thats good and they think someone else would us it they stick it up there.
It wouldnt just be car stuff but anything

Swap/free thing sounds like a good idea. I've a few bits I'd rather swap for bits I need ;

exhaust + cat, AFM sensor (second hand / clean one! mines caked in sugar it isnt worth cleaning).
